Federal R&D Funding Webinars
Technical and Business Assistance (TABA)
Technical And Business Assistance (TABA) funding is available to SBIR awardees. It helps small businesses strengthen non-R&D activities such as business development, commercialization planning, and technical assistance.
To qualify, SBIR applicants must name a TABA provider when submitting their proposal in order to access the extra support funds.
Technical Readiness Levels 4-9
Our webinars review R&D funding options for innovators. They are based on the stage of the innovation, typically relayed in the terms of a technical readiness level. Firms that have successfully completed an SBIR Phase 1 award should be at or around Level 4.
(Download a full TRL chart here.)
Our Federal R&D webinars explore SBIR beyond Phase 1 award as well as other federal R&D programs, technical and business assistance for the emerging firm,
reaching out to investors and more.
